Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build Brand Stories: Lead social strategy that strengthens brand identity and drives long-term affinity across platforms, from grid to shelf and everywhere in between.
  • Drive Channel Impact : Capture and execute content that supports retail moments, wholesale opportunities, DTC initiatives, product launches, and activations. Use social as the connective tissue between brands and consumers, wherever they shop.
  • Content Calendar Creation: Own the planning and rollout of content calendars that align with retail timelines, brand campaigns, DTC drops, wholesale pushes, and promotional windows.
  • Community Cultivation: Spark conversations and foster relationships with followers, creators, and tastemakers to keep brands top-of-mind and in-demand.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor analytics to tweak creative and media strategies for maximum ROI, especially around conversion KPIs across DTC and retail.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, wholesale and retail teams to ensure messaging is unified and effective across all touchpoints.
  • Trendspotting with Intent: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends and platform shifts, applying them with purpose to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Organic & Paid Execution: Own both the organic strategy and the execution of boosted posts and paid campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and sales across retail, DTC, and wholesale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social for brands (agency, in-house, retail, DTC, etc.), with a proven track record of building brand awareness and supporting channel-specific goals.
  • Strong editorial instincts and brand sensibility, with the ability to translate business objectives into social-native creative.
  • Experience crafting content that performs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • A balance of organic strategy and paid media experience, with a strong grasp of platform tools and ad performance.
  • Expertise in content scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout) and performance platforms (e.g., Meta Insights).
  • A data-informed mindset to translate numbers into narratives that improve performance.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude, with the ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-moving, agile team setting.
  • Passion for building brands with cultural relevance and a point of view.
