- collaborating with the team to align messaging across platforms
- contribute to growing and maintaining a vibrant online community for clients
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of social media experience
- Strong skills in communication and writing with attention to detail
- Experience in developing and implementing effective content strategies
- Knowledge of analytics tools and best practices for tracking social media performance
- Creative approach to enhancing online presence and engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in social media tools like Sprout, Sprinklr or similar platforms
Preferred
- Experience with paid social media a plus
