Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, product, and business teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, content creators, brand ambassadors, and external agencies where applicable.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and reputation management across all social media channels.
