Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  • Produce, film, and edit professional video content (short‑form and long‑form) showcasing treatments, results, team, and client stories.
  • Create engaging daily/weekly posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks, and YouTube videos with strong captions, CTAs, and hashtag strategy.
  • Manage content calendar, scheduling, and cross‑platform publishing.
  • Monitor social performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content for growth and conversions.
  • Collaborate with providers, front‑desk staff, and marketing to coordinate shoots, promotions, and patient consent.
  • Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner and manage online reputation.
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for paid and organic growth.
  • Occasional on‑site event coverage, photoshoots, and community outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven, extensive experience creating professional video content and managing social channels for brands (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube required).
  • Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating editing, filming, storytelling, and platform expertise.
  • Proficiency with video production tools (camera, lighting, audio) and editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of platform formats, trends, SEO for YouTube, and paid/social ad basics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project‑management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical environment and coordinating with medical staff; ability to obtain necessary HIPAA/consent training.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Chicago and Glenview clinics as needed.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, or equivalent experience preferred.
