Responsibilities

• Assist customers with jewelry questions, sizing, pricing, product details, and back end fulfillment recommendations
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Help create and post content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Take photos and videos of jewelry products for social media, website listings, and live sales
• Assist with TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce sales channels
• Help prepare products for TikTok Live and Whatnot Live selling events
• Organize, tag, clean, and prepare jewelry inventory
• Support live sales, product demonstrations, auctions, and promotional content
• Help track products used in live sales, online listings, and customer orders
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience online and in person

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Comfortable being on camera or helping create video content
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, sales, social media, or e-commerce
• Ability to stay organized and follow directions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and content environment
• Willing to learn about jewelry products, pricing, styles, and customer needs

Preferred

• Experience in jewelry, retail, fashion, sales, or customer service
• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook content
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or live selling
• Photography, video editing, or social media management experience is a plus
• Previous experience with live sales, auctions, or product demonstrations is a plus
