• Oversee content creation, posting, monitoring, and moderation for Utah Jazz and affiliated accounts.
• Direct game coverage and event storytelling to engage fans across platforms.
• Lead and develop junior social media staff to build skills and professionalism.
• Analyze engagement, web traffic, and reviews to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
• Produce weekly and monthly recap reports on social media performance.
