Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in dallas, TX.
  • The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others to showcase vehicle wraps, PPF projects, and shop culture.
  • Day-to-day tasks include capturing and editing photos and short videos in the shop, writing engaging captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments, messages, and reviews.
  • The role also involves developing content calendars, aligning posts with promotions and seasonal offers, and optimizing performance through insights and analytics.
  • The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the shop team to highlight before-and-after transformations, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes processes, while ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses to the online community.

Requirements

  • strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including platform management, audience engagement, and basic analytics.
  • effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling captions, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Content Strategy abilities, including planning content calendars, aligning posts with business goals, and adapting content to different platforms.
  • Relevant experience in visual content creation (basic photo/video capture and editing) and familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in marketing, communications, or digital media are a plus.

Preferred

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple posts and campaigns in a fast-paced, on-site environment are preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or lifestyle brands and a genuine interest in car customization are pluses.
