Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content strategy and execution across a portfolio of brands, from calendar development and copy to posting, community management, and performance reviews.

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple brands
  • Write platform-native scripts and copy in distinct brand voices
  • Manage full social workflows, including posting, scheduling, and DM responses

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the 30-day content calendar for every account in your book. Ecommerce tied to launches and promos, local service tied to steady demand. The calendar is the product for your strategy accounts, so it has to be right.
  • Write platform-native scripts and copy in each brand's voice.
  • Run full social management on your managed accounts. Post, schedule, and own community and DM response start to finish.
  • Hold the quality line on everything that ships. Nothing goes out that doesn't sound like the brand it's for.
  • Report on performance and join client calls for your managed accounts. Bring the numbers and a point of view about what they mean and what you'd change.

Requirements

  • Brand voice range. You can hold six to ten distinct voices at once without letting them blend.
  • Scriptwriting and content strategy. You can look at a business, see what its audience actually wants, and turn that into a month of content that gets made.
  • Platform and algorithm fluency. You know what's working on Instagram, TikTok, and the rest right now, in 2026, not what worked two years ago.
  • Speed without sloppiness. You can turn out a month of content across several brands and keep every one of them sharp.
  • Self-direction across a portfolio. Nobody builds your week for you.
