Job Summary
Own multi-channel social presence and campaigns for a growing athletic brand, bridging content creation, calendar discipline, and community messaging to reach junior players and fans.
- Growth Infrastructure: Coordinate calendars, social planning, and cross-team alignment to ensure timely delivery.
- Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging campaigns and tailor brand voice across platforms.
- Audience & Engagement: Drive reach, comments response, and community sentiment with consistent messaging.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and schedule all social media calendars
- Work with Content Creation team to develop engaging and informing content
- Develop campaigns to maximize audience and reach
- Work closely with Dynasty Team and Diadem junior program to target top junior players across the country through digital marketing
- Create consistent messaging and communication across all platforms
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely fashion
- Develop brand voice across all platforms
- Create organic and fun content
- Brainstorm with marketing team and all product launches, campaigns, and other brand awareness initiatives
Requirements
- 4-6 years minimum of experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of social media landscape
- Experience managing various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent creative thinking skills to develop new, exciting campaigns
- Strong work ethic to meet goals, targets, and objectives
Preferred
- Experience in content creation preferred
