Job Summary

Own the daily content operation: edit streams into short-form assets, publish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more, and drive audience growth through iterative, data-backed tweaks.

  • Own content editing and posting workflows across all platforms with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Leverage trends and viral moments from streams to inform formats and repurposing across channels.
  • Measure performance, iterate on thumbnails, hooks, and posting cadence to lift views and followers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Clip livestreams into engaging short-form content
  • Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight
  • Add captions, hooks, zooms, cuts, and graphics when appropriate
  • Identify viral moments from streams and breaks
  • Create thumbnails and promotional graphics
  • Upload content across all platforms daily
  • Follow posting schedule and content calendar
  • Schedule and organize content
  • Track performance metrics
  • Help identify trends and viral formats

Requirements

  • Experience editing short-form content
  • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Familiarity with sports cards is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable and organized
  • Available 7 days per week for content management responsibilities
