Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include filming and editing social media content, creating Instagram and Facebook Reels, producing short YouTube videos, capturing jobsite footage, highlighting completed projects, documenting company events, and helping grow our online presence.
• This role will also focus on building the owner's personal brand through entertaining, relatable, and occasionally comedic content centered around entrepreneurship, business ownership, construction, travel, and everyday life.
• The Content Creator will frequently travel to job sites, meetings, events, and other locations with the owner to capture content throughout the day.
• Transportation can be provided when traveling with the owner, or applicants may drive separately when needed.
• You will essentially be documenting the day-to-day life of a growing entrepreneur and multiple businesses.
• This is a highly hands-on role.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Boston area and available to work on-site
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar is preferred
