Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Lead content creation efforts including writing compelling posts, designing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and editing videos for maximum engagement.
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize content delivery.
  • Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
  • Analyze social media metrics through platforms like Google Analytics and native analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and manage online reputation effectively.
  • Implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement while monitoring ROI through marketing analytics.
  • Foster strong relationships with followers by engaging in meaningful conversations, responding promptly to inquiries, and managing community interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, media editing techniques, and social media innovations to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools for creating high-quality visual content.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics for measuring online performance.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising options (especially Facebook Advertising), and best practices for content marketing.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data from various sources to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Experience in relationship management within digital communities along with public relations awareness.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
