Responsibilities

• Developing and executing platform-native content strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook primarily)
• Creating content (short-form video, graphics, captions) aligned with each brand’s voice
• Building and managing content pipelines (batching, repurposing, scheduling)
• Driving growth through performance-focused tactics (hooks, retention, shareability, trends)
• Managing and activating Facebook communities and groups
• Engaging with followers, starting conversations, and building real community
• Turning content into inbound opportunities (DMs, conversations, lead flow)
• Managing multiple client accounts without losing brand integrity
• Tracking performance and iterating based on data

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social media accounts (be ready to show specifics)
• Deep understanding of how IG & FB algorithms actually work
• Ability to create content that performs , not just looks good
• Strong sense of branding and ability to adapt across industries
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable using AI and systems to improve speed and output
• High ownership, fast execution, and a bias toward action

Preferred

• Have experience in B2B, operations, or service-based businesses
• Understand how content connects to sales and pipeline , not just engagement
• Can direct or guide simple content shoots when needed
