Job Description
Lead social design across formats with senior-level ownership and platform-native storytelling for Okta’s social channels and YouTube presence.
- Build repeatable formats so initiatives translate quickly into social-native assets.
- Translate the "Okta Secures AI" story into visuals that earn attention, engagement, and shares.
- Infuse culture while protecting the brand in a trusted security voice.
- Design assets for our social advocacy program to scale employee and partner sharing.
- Collaborate with video to elevate YouTube thumbnails, playlist art, and supporting visuals.
- Evolve social brand expression while guarding core assets.
- Test new formats, learn from results, and turn wins into repeatable best practices.
- Present direction to stakeholders and mentor fellow designers on social work.
- Stay ahead of platform changes and feed trends and bring opportunities back to the team.
