Responsibilities

• Regularly appear as a recognizable on-camera personality for Boba Nation Grand
• Participate enthusiastically in simple dances, trends, challenges, skits, and other entertaining formats
• Adapt current trends to fit Boba Nation Grand instead of simply copying unrelated content
• Perform comfortably in busy stores, public settings, community events, and grand openings
• Bring practical content ideas or trend references when creative development is included in the agreed scope
• Complete the agreed deliverables by the established deadline
• Provide multiple usable takes when reasonably required by the project
• Organize and deliver footage in the agreed format
• Follow Boba Nation Grand's brand guidelines and approved content priorities
• Follow approved consent procedures before featuring identifiable customers, employees, franchisees, influencers, or minors

Requirements

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for performing, not merely filming other people
• Comfortable dancing, lip-syncing, improvising, reacting, and participating in playful social-media formats
• Able to maintain positive energy through multiple takes
• Able to perform naturally even when customers or employees are present
• Understands how to make trends relevant to a food, beverage, community, and lifestyle brand
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form social-media trends
• Able to capture clean, usable vertical footage using a smartphone or approved equipment
• Reliable and able to complete agreed deliverables on time
• Able to travel to agreed filming locations
• Able to provide examples of previous on-camera, promotional, social-media, or customer-facing work
