Job Summary

Own the social narrative for Today’s Pizza by growing a 128K+ follower community, producing on-site short-form content, and identifying new audience opportunities to boost reach while preserving brand consistency.

Growth & Audience: Build reach and engagement with the brand’s social channels and community growth signals.
Content Production: Shoot and edit on-site short-form content focused on menu items, people, culture, and brand storytelling.
Performance Insight: Track engagement, follower growth, and trends to guide ongoing content decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage and grow our community of 128K+ followers on @todayspizzadc
Create short-form content on-site: shoot photos and videos (menu items, people, culture, brand storytelling)
Identify opportunities to reach new audiences and grow online presence
Ensure brand consistency and elevate brand perception across all channels
Monitor performance metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and content trends

Requirements

Proven experience with social media, marketing, content creation, or a related field
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and engagement strategies
Ability to create content that is creative, visually appealing, and aligned with the Today’s Pizza brand
Strong writing and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Based in the DC area and able to come on-site to capture content
Part-time availability ~20-25 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (DC area, with some in-person content capture required)
