Job Summary

Own a local lead-gen and enrollment flow for a Palmdale solar program by managing social posts, warm messages, and pipeline conversations through enrollment, with a fixed part-time on-site schedule.

  • Social Engagement: post content and message warm leads in Palmdale/Lancaster
  • Lead Routing & Enrollment: move conversations to scheduling and enrollment
  • Pipeline Ownership: nurture and close conversations within 15–25 hours per week on-site

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Post a piece of pre-made content to Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
  • Send DMs to people in your personal network who might want to save on their electric bill
  • Answer replies, follow up with warm leads, and route their bills to the scheduling team
  • Manage your pipeline of conversations until they enroll
  • Work in Palmdale office, 15–25 hours per week across set shifts
  • This role does not involve door knocking, cold calling, quoting prices, or signing contracts

Requirements

  • Availability to work 15–25 hours per week across set shifts
  • On-site availability in Palmdale/Lancaster, CA
  • Comfort with social media posting and messaging as core duties
  • Willingness to participate in a program with performance-based pay

Preferred

  • Strong communication skills and enjoy talking to people
  • Existing network in the Antelope Valley (friends, family, neighbors, coworkers)
  • Preference for warm leads and product interest over cold outreach
  • Ability to work consistent shifts rather than a gig (reliable schedule)
