Job Summary

Own short form content creation and storytelling for social, turning raw footage into online assets and keeping a tight posting cadence across three platforms.

Content Production & Editing: Own 5+ pieces weekly, edit reels/TikToks, and derivative assets from long-form content.
Social Narrative & Calendar: Write personable captions, manage daily stories, and maintain the content calendar.
Performance Visibility: Track what works and why to inform future content direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and post 5+ pieces of content per week across three platforms
Edit short-form video (reels, TikToks) from raw footage
Write captions that sound like a person, not a brand deck
Manage daily stories on active days
Build and maintain the content calendar
Break long-form content (documentary, interviews) into derivative social assets
Track performance and surface what is working and why

Requirements

You can turn around a piece of content same-day when the moment calls for it
You have taste. You know what stops a scroll and what gets skipped
You are comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. Premiere and After Effects are a plus but not required
You care about fitness, wellness, nutrition, or performance culture. Or you are genuinely curious about it
You want to build something.
