Responsibilities

• Long-Form Video Finalization: Collaborate with the video team to finalize long-form videos, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. Upload videos to YouTube, optimize metadata for discoverability, and coordinate thumbnails with leadership.
• Short-Form Video Production & Posting: Use tools like Opus Clip to create engaging short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Schedule posts with compelling descriptions to maximize reach.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster connections with influencers and accounts. Monitor trends and analytics, providing actionable recommendations for content strategy. Design visually appealing posts and thumbnails for social platforms.
• LinkedIn Content: Post monthly content to strengthen our professional network and build thought leadership.
• Organization & Reporting: Maintain an efficient content library (e.g., Google Drive). Provide regular performance reports to the team using analytics tools.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and tone.
