Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across Green Fox, Rookie Farmers, Sota Seedz, and future brands.
  • Develop content calendars and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments as appropriate, share tagged posts, and help grow each brand's online community.
  • Capture and create photo and video content using a smartphone and other available tools.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and other social assets as needed.
  • Collaborate with Multimedia Specialist to cross-functionally plan photo and video content.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to gather content, customer stories, product features, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners.
  • Coordinate product seeding, campaign participation, affiliate communications, and performance tracking.
  • Build relationships that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor competitor social channels, influencer activity, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify emerging trends, content opportunities, and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations to improve content performance, audience growth, and brand positioning.
  • Identify and execute creative grassroots marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Assist with planning and executing product launches, sampling programs, giveaways, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
  • Research, recommend, and help coordinate participation in events, trade shows, farmers markets, sporting events, festivals, and other brand activation opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with community organizations, event organizers, local businesses, teams, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, product samples, and on-site brand presence.
  • Capture photos, videos, and user-generated content at events for use across social media, advertising, and marketing channels.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of events, activations, and grassroots marketing efforts to identify future opportunities.
