Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute social media content across platforms, including: Scheduling and publishing posts; Writing captions aligned with brand voice; Managing comments and community engagement; Support the development of social content calendars in collaboration with the Head of Marketing; Translate content direction and campaign ideas into platform-specific posts; Monitor social trends and platform behaviors to inform content execution
  • Create high-quality content, including: Graphics (static posts, carousels, infographics, etc.); Short-form video content; Basic motion or visual assets as needed; Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, tone, and visual identity; Continuously improve creative output based on feedback and performance
  • Assist in the development and formatting of blog content and other written materials; Support content needs for email and broader marketing campaigns; Help organize and maintain content assets and libraries
  • Support the management of affiliate and influencer relationships; Assist with outreach, communication, and coordination of partnerships; Help track performance, deliverables, and timelines for affiliate and influencer programs; Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content from partners; Maintain organization of partner lists, agreements, and ongoing collaborations
  • Track basic performance metrics across social content (engagement, reach, etc.); Identify patterns in high- and low-performing content; Apply learnings to improve future content output
  • Develop an understanding of target audiences and how they engage with content; Tailor content execution to different audiences and platforms; Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and execution needs; Support campaign launches, product initiatives, and ad hoc requests; Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (including internships, freelance work, or academic projects)
  • A portfolio of relevant work (social content, graphics, video, writing, etc.)
  • Strong interest in social media platforms and content trends
  • Basic proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a part-time role
