Content Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos and schedule/publish consistently.
Creative Execution: Edit videos/photos with CapCut/Canva/Adobe and write captions/hashtags.
Audience Growth: Monitor engagement and support campaign promotions to grow followers and reach.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos of clients, services, staff, and salon events
Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook posts, and stories
Edit videos and photos professionally
Schedule and publish content consistently
Write engaging captions and hashtags
Monitor engagement and help grow our audience
Assist with promotional campaigns, classes, special events, and product launches
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
