Job Summary
Own a creator-support role for a founder-led brand, turning short-form video into growth for Gevity by shaping content with the CMO, editing for LinkedIn/TikTok/Instagram, and tracking what works to boost audience and memberships.
- Content ideation and collaboration: brainstorm with the CMO for platform-ready formats and Connor’s personal brand.
- Execution and optimization: edit, caption, post, and iterate based on performance data to grow the audience.
- Strategy-to-ops alignment: identify trends, format opportunities, and track measurements to inform future posts and membership growth.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coming into the club to film content with Connor, our CEO
- Brainstorming content ideas for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram directly with our CMO
- Editing short-form video content
- Helping write captions and post content
- Identifying trends and content formats that make sense for Connor’s brand
- Tracking what content performs well and helping improve future posts
- Supporting the overall goal of growing Connor’s audience, increasing awareness of Gevity, and helping drive new memberships
Requirements
- Must be located in Austin, TX
- 20 to 25 hours per week
- 2 to 3 month summer role
- Must be able to come into the Gevity club at least 3 times per week
- Part-time internship
