Job Summary
Own the cross platform social content engine for a medical aesthetics practice with video first storytelling and strict privacy controls.
- Platform strategy and content cadence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Video production including testimonials, transformations, highlights, education, and staff spotlights with short-form storytelling
- Compliance and collaboration with surgeons/leadership to safeguard patient privacy
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Film and edit high-quality videos including:
- Patient testimonials
- Before-and-after transformations
- Procedure highlights
- Educational content
- Behind-the-scenes footage
- Staff spotlights
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and promotional videos
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Experience creating viral and engaging short-form content
- Excellent photography and videography skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, beauty, or luxury brands
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking
