Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and product campaigns
• Film and edit short-form videos featuring our motorcycle apparel and riding gear
• Confidently appear on camera when required
• Photograph products, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes activities
• Write engaging captions, select appropriate audio, and use relevant hashtags
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
• Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and competitor content
• Respond professionally to comments and help grow audience engagement
• Review performance metrics and identify which content generates the most reach, traffic, and sales
• Assist with Facebook and other marketing content when needed

Requirements

• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe applications, or comparable editing tools
• Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok trends, hooks, transitions, and short-form storytelling
• Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and caption-writing skills
• Must be able to work on-site on Long Island and have reliable transportation
• A college degree is not required—we value creativity, ability, and a strong portfolio

Preferred

• Interest in motorcycles, fashion, fitness, lifestyle content, or e-commerce is preferred but not required
