Job Summary
Own content creation and scheduling for social media with a focus on sports business topics and culture storytelling, in a student-to-entry level context.
- Content ideation and planning: shape ideas that fit sports sales, leadership, recruiting, and career development audiences.
- Short-form video production: create and edit videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
- Performance tuning: monitor content results and suggest improvements to reach and engagement.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
- Assist with content planning and scheduling
- Create and edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture content that highlights company culture, team members, and life at Peak Sports MGMT
- Create content around sports sales, leadership, recruiting, and career development
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
- Assist with marketing and communications projects as needed
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate
- Passion for social media, content creation, and sports business
- Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
Preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
