Responsibilities - Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms. - Film and edit short-form videos, including reels, interviews, property tours, and company updates. - Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools. - Help plan and schedule social media content. - Attend company events, networking functions, and property visits to capture content. - Write captions and social media copy. - Research content ideas and current social media trends. - Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve content performance. - Assist with podcast, webinar, and other marketing initiatives. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Journalism, or a related field. - Passion for content creation and social media. - Comfortable using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube. - Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. - Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Creative, dependable, and eager to learn.
