Job Summary
Own the social content engine from ideation to publication, with a focus on short-form video, daily posts, and community engagement that drive growth across IG and TikTok.
- Content Ownership: publish daily content, build calendars, and showcase brand culture and products.
- Creative Execution: shoot/edit Reels/TikToks, write captions, and craft hooks for retention.
- Growth & Measurement: monitor analytics, report monthly growth, and inform campaigns and launches.

Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily content across social media platforms
- Film and edit Reels, Tik-Toks, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars
- Showcase our products, processes, team, customers, and brand culture
- Identify and capitalize on social media trends
- Write engaging captions and calls-to-action
- Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments
- Monitor analytics and provide monthly growth reports
- Generate creative ideas that increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Collaborate with ownership on campaigns, launches, and promotions
