Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Assist with filming content at swim lessons and events
Help brainstorm creative content ideas and trends
Write captions and assist with basic social media engagement
Capture content that highlights swim lessons, instructors, community programs, and scholarship initiatives

Requirements

Applicant must be physically located in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM
Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
Comfortable editing short-form video content
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and consistently
Interest in social media, marketing, content creation, or branding
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools

Preferred

Students pursuing degrees in marketing, communications, media, journalism, business, or related fields are preferred.
A GPA of 3.0+ is strongly preferred
