Own and execute social media content and campaigns for platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring timely publishing, optimization, and performance analysis while staying ahead of trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Upload, edit, schedule, and optimize content.
  • Keep our business profiles updated and accurate.
  • Work through Meta issues and platform support until problems are solved.
  • Help manage social media advertising and campaign performance.
  • Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
  • Organize content and help create a consistent posting schedule.
  • Assist with photography and video when needed.
  • Work with our sales team to turn everyday moments into engaging content.

Requirements

  • Someone who genuinely loves social media and marketing.
  • Comfortable learning Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Doesn't wait to be told what to do—you look for opportunities.
  • Creative, but also analytical.
