Responsibilities

• Posting and scheduling social media content across platforms
• Creating and posting daily stories
• Managing content calendars and staying organized with upcoming posts
• Responding to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with client communication and follow-up
• Building and sending email campaigns
• Helping organize digital assets, photos, videos, and marketing materials
• Tracking engagement and basic performance metrics
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Comfortable using apps, software, and online tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have a driver’s license with reliable transportation
