Job Summary

Own and run the local social game across six stores by producing and posting short form video, engaging followers, and keeping listings accurate while watching for trends and reporting results.

  • Content & channel ownership: plan, shoot, and edit short form video for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a two week calendar.
  • Community management: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews within 48 hours and monitor Google, Yelp, and Apple Maps listings.
  • Brand presence & optimization: run monthly contests, keep profiles current, flag negative trends, and report follower growth and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Post a minimum of 5x per week using a two-week content calendar approved by ownership
  • Shoot and edit original content during regular visits to all six store locations
  • Plan and execute monthly contests and giveaways
  • Respond to all comments, DMs, and reviews on Google, Yelp, and Apple Maps within 48 hours
  • Keep all six Google Business Profiles, Yelp pages, and Apple Maps listings accurate and current
  • Flag negative review trends to ownership immediately
  • Submit a simple monthly report — follower growth, engagement, review ratings, contest results

Requirements

  • Real portfolio of short-form video content — Reels or TikTok required to apply
  • Experience managing business accounts, not just personal profiles
  • Strong writing skills for captions, review responses, and promotional copy
  • Proficiency in Canva or other content generation tools and a scheduling tool such as Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
  • Reliable personal transportation — you\'ll be visiting stores regularly
  • Self-directed and professional — ownership sets direction, you execute
