Job Summary

Support content creation and growth for a Charlotte-based marketing lab focused on Google Ads, AI systems, and rapid experimentation.

  • Own or assist with short-form content across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, and drive traffic to 98digital.
  • Must-have: Availability ~15 hours per week in Charlotte or nearby.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building content across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Turning raw ideas and recordings into short-form video (reels, TikToks, clips)
  • Posting and testing creative content regularly
  • Helping drive attention and traffic to the 98digital website and projects
  • Experimenting with no-rules branding and creative concepts
  • Google Ads strategy and campaign structure
  • AI tools used in marketing and content production
  • Startup operations and growth systems
  • Shopify storefront management
  • Cold outreach and audience building

Requirements

  • Time Commitment: ~15 hours per week
  • Location: Charlotte, NC (or surrounding area)
