Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Instagram content engine for a brand rebrand, from templates and static/video content to a monthly shoot and performance reporting, with a weekly in-person touchpoint in Chicago.

Content ownership: produce branded IG templates, static and video content, and a monthly in-feed/story calendar.
Operational cadence: plan a monthly content shoot with the Owner and deliver a monthly IG performance report.
Workflow and tooling: manage content creation in Figma, Google Suite, Notion, and deliver assets for client-ready postings.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Produce new branded IG templates (currently undergoing a rebrand_) - Produce all static + video content for Instagram account - Monthly content calendar with a mixture of in-feed content + stories - Monthy content shoot with Owner - Monthly report of IG performance Requirements - Must be able to commute weekly to downtown Chicago for in-person meetings - Must be able to provide a W-9 (US Contractor status) - Must be a fluent English speaker and writer - Must be proficient in Figma - Comfortable with Figma, Google Suite, Instagram, and Notion - Contract role (10–15 hours per week) - Remote work with weekly in-person meeting in Chicago Preferred - Has experience working with service providers - Has experience working with consumer package goods (CPG) brands
