Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own Chip's social presence and audience growth through hands-on short-form content production, behind-the-camera storytelling, community building, and launch execution.
- Build Chip's audience growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X;
- shoot, edit, and publish short-form video regularly;
- spend substantial time behind the camera capturing content, launches, and events;
- develop recurring content formats and rapid-response content;
- build influencer and creator relationships;
- manage community interactions in Chip's voice;
- coordinate social execution for launch moments;
- track performance and optimize for reservations, engagement, and brand growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years building audiences for consumer brands;
- deep understanding of platform dynamics and distribution mechanics;
- strong short-form video shooting and editing skills;
- comfort spending substantial time behind the camera capturing content in the field;
- excellent copywriting and brand-voice instincts;
- experience with influencer or creator programs;
- strong community-building instincts;
- comfort with ambiguity, speed, and startup execution.
