Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review daily off platform screenings/self-screenings and connecting those with unmet needs to Navigators, responding to daily voicemails/emails that come in from Members or Providers.
  • Provide basic technical support such as looking up information in ePACES and similar platforms, ensuring timely and effective assistance when technical difficulties are encountered.
  • Extract data from Medicaid disenrollment file and disable insurance in UniteUs platform.
  • Monitor and respond to communication(s) received from Members made via phone calls or from the Care Compass Collaborative website.
  • Maintain and manage ticketing systems to track inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Act as a liaison between the Social Care Network team and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Assist Social Care Navigators with low level screenings and eligibility assessments, as needed.
  • May assume additional responsibilities, as required.
  • MUST Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Care Compass is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • - Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • - Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and federally funded healthcare programs.
  • - Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • - Proficient in planning & time management
  • - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • - Utilizes critical thinking skills
  • - Possesses adaptability skills (both in attitude and action)
  • - Must have strong personal computer program skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.)
