Responsibilities - Editing TikTok, Reels, and Shorts-style videos from product footage, founder clips, and brand direction - Pitching your own concepts - music, structure, emotional arc, references - Making Popper feel like a product worth paying attention to in 10 to 45 seconds - Iterating fast based on performance and feedback Requirements - A portfolio of short-form edits that show genuine taste: beat-synced cuts, strong music selection, speed ramps, match cuts, transitions used with intention and not just template effects - The ability to make a subject feel larger-than-life, not just well-documented - An understanding of what makes a founder, product, or moment have "aura" on video - Comfort working from loose briefs and bringing your own creative direction - Knowledge of rights-safe music and assets for public brand content - Experience with CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or similar tools Nice_to_have Benefits
