Responsibilities

• end-to-end content creation , from idea generation through publishing and optimization.
• Own short-form content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Generate content ideas that are educational, engaging, and shareable
• Write scripts and hooks optimized for retention (first 3–5 seconds matter)
• Guide filming: framing, pacing, delivery, and structure
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, and visual storytelling
• Publish content and optimize for performance (titles, captions, thumbnails)
• Analyze performance and iterate quickly
• Stay on top of trends while maintaining a credible, professional voice

Requirements

• Proven experience growing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and audience psychology
• Excellent writing skills (clear, concise, engaging)
• Strong editing skills (fast cuts, captions, hooks, pacing)
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple, compelling content
• Self-starter who can own the entire process without heavy direction

Preferred

• Have experience in finance, investing, or business content
• Have worked with founders, coaches, or personal brands
• Understand how to drive conversion , not just views
