Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO and GEO strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce, SAAS, and other clients
  • Serve as a strategic partner to project managers to ensure SEO and GEO initiatives are scoped, prioritized, and delivered successfully
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings and ensure follow ups are executed
  • Support the growth of interns and entry-level team members
  • Execute advanced keyword research initiatives and own and complete metadata optimizations at scale
  • Own the development of forward-looking client content strategies, translating SEO and GEO insights into actionable plans and delivering on those plans through targeted content optimization efforts
  • Provide SEO/GEO reporting and translate performance data into clear strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation across accounts
  • Support forecasting and performance planning where applicable

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years experience in project management or relevant role
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO and at least a familiarity with omnichannel factors like Paid, Email and Social
  • Ability to handle overlapping responsibilities and manage time effectively
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools like SEMrush
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of User Experience and technical SEO Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
