Job Summary

Own and drive the SEO program to raise organic visibility, balancing technical fixes, content optimization, and data-driven experimentation to improve rankings and traffic.

Growth Infrastructure: Develop and implement SEO strategy, keyword research, and competitive analysis to shape roadmap.
Technical & Content Optimization: Lead site audits, metadata, on-page optimization, site speed, and collaboration with content teams.
Performance & Reporting: Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable improvements for growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page SEO elements
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
Monitor website performance, traffic trends, and SEO analytics
Manage technical SEO initiatives including site structure, indexing, page speed, and optimization improvements
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance digital performance
Track and report on SEO KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Experience with WordPress and SEO tools required
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices
Experience with content optimization and keyword strategy
Understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and search ranking factors
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
