Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations as necessary
• Manage the workflow of the SEO team, ensuring client work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing teams and other departments
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role
• Experience presenting professional materials to clients in on-camera meetings
• Experience with search engine optimization and managing Google Ads accounts
• Project management experience with knowledge of project management methodology
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

Preferred

• Google Ads certification
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people
• Experience with WordPress and/or Magento
• Knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, or Sales Force
• Understanding of web development including the ability to write HTML/CSS/PHP
