Responsibilities

• Conduct deep SEO research and development to stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging technologies
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits for client websites, identifying issues and implementing data-driven solutions
• Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover keyword opportunities, optimize content strategies, and enhance topical authority
• Perform thorough keyword research and prioritize based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior
• Create and optimize 301 redirects, HTML/XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data for better indexing
• Collaborate on technical SEO innovations, including entity-based SEO, schema markup, and internal linking strategies
• Monitor and improve site performance through website code upgrades, server optimization, and site speed enhancements
• Experiment with new AI-based methodologies, automation workflows, and predictive ranking analysis as part of ongoing R&D
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve clients’ visibility in local search results
• Utilize heatmap analysis tools, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to understand user behavior and optimize conversion rates
• Perform technical SEO analysis to identify errors and implement effective solutions after initial training
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new SEO tools to continuously improve strategies

Requirements

• Strong understanding of all SEO best practices, including site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, and link building
• Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies, such as keyword clustering, content optimization, and search intent analysis using machine learning or NLP tools
• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and their application in SEO workflows
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and tools to scale SEO performance
• Hands-on experience with SEO crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog
• Proficiency in rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design related to SEO functionality
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and a desire to stay current in the industry
• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• Ability to adapt in a diverse, multicultural environment
