Responsibilities

• Prepares, designs, writes, and edits marketing and promotional materials and print and electronic communications.
• Develops, reviews, and maintains web content for public University websites.
• Manages writing project review and approval process and ensures adherence to schedules, guidelines, and brand.
• Mentors student and temporary workers.
• Strong writing and editing skills, as well as a good understanding of layout for printed, electronic, and social media, printing, and graphic design
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and collaborate with others
• Exceptional project management skills
• High degree of organization
• Highly collegial, and collaborative approach to meet the needs and deadlines of partners across the University including at regional campuses, provost schools and with various departments in PAE such as Alumni Relations and Alumni Annual Giving.
• A desire to be creative and a willingness to be adaptable and flexible
