Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hold one of the most senior positions, supporting leadership on implementing new protocols and policies
  • Concept and implement structural changes to optimize efficiency and improve work quality
  • Act as high-level strategic lead across consumer brands, directing client strategy, brand messaging, tentpole campaign concepts, and high-stakes comms with the support of your senior team members
  • Oversee a team of integrated strategists, and provide client counsel on the best omni-channel strategy based on goals and a strong business case of the client’s brand
  • As a creative thought leader within integrated communications, this role leads cross-channel brainstorms, reverse engineers virality across earned, influencer, and experiential touchpoints, and drives the development of culturally relevant, share-worthy moments for our brands
  • Serve as a senior client lead, driving client satisfaction while championing strategic, omnichannel thinking and seamlessly integrated communications efforts across channels with the support of other senior team members
  • Lead your team’s finances, including managing profitability, staffing matrixes, planning and budgeting-- all with the support of a dynamic backend tool that allows you to determine, in real-time, how adding a new hire or account could impact your team's success
  • You will be an integral part of new business, reviewing our inbound pipeline to both voice the brands you are passionate about taking on, as well as to develop the proposals and concepts that win the hearts and minds of new partners

Requirements

  • 13-15+ years of relevant experience ideally within the consumer space
  • experience overseeing beauty, lifestyle, or wellness clients (preferred)
  • You've overseen large teams across multiple accounts, workflows or projects
  • You understand how to employ creativity to make something uniquely compelling to share with an audience, whether for a journalist or a blogger
  • You're a client whisperer, able to earn and keep client trust
  • You spot and land business opportunities with a proven track record of winning new business and signing incremental SOWs with existing clients to increase billings
  • You celebrate the small wins and thrive off building up a team of A players
