Job Summary

Own end-to-end audience growth across a multi-brand portfolio, grow reader engagement and revenue through communities, affiliate/subscription monetization, and paid acquisition while defining KPI, experimentation, and leadership reporting.

  • Audience Growth: Own cross-platform growth strategy and audience expansion for multiple brands.
  • Engagement & Revenue: Build community-driven engagement that fuels reader loyalty and affiliate/subscription revenue.
  • Performance & Analytics: Use data and experimentation to optimize funnel, attribution, and leadership reporting.

  • Own the strategy and performance for audience growth across all publications and platforms.
  • Build and scale community-driven audience engagement strategies that deepen reader relationships and loyalty.
  • Own the growth of affiliate commerce and subscription businesses across the portfolio.
  • Lead paid subscription and premium membership strategy
  • Oversee paid acquisition across search, social, and emerging channels
  • Define KPIs across audience growth, engagement, and revenue
  • Leverage data and experimentation to optimize performance
  • Deliver insights and reporting to executive leadership
