Responsibilities
- Take ownership of larger projects or accounts, leading strategy from discovery through execution and optimization
- Develop strategic frameworks that connect business objectives to marketing approach, channel mix, and measurement
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategic direction for clients and internal teams
- Lead the creation of high-impact briefs that align creative, media, data, and activation partners
- Serve as a senior, day-to-day strategic partner to client stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, working sessions, and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Anticipate client needs, proactively surface opportunities or risks, and guide decision-making in ambiguous moments
- Ensure workstreams remain aligned to scope, priorities, and business impact
- Lead sprints to evaluate and adopt new tools, and to help define how AI is integrated into operations, insights, measurement, and deliverables
- Explore the role of agentic AI and automation in improving internal workflows and client outcomes
