Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Live and breathe the overarching strategy
  • Work with our planning and strategy teams to understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
  • Inform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define the specific role of various social platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of the social ad-tech landscape to help evaluate and evolve partners, specifically focusing on creative automation and personalization.
  • Develop digital plans across paid social that align with business objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement frameworks.
  • Design and implement dynamic creative optimization strategies to deliver personalized ad experiences at scale, utilizing advanced logic and feed-based creative.
  • Contribute to quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate alphas/betas/new partners.
  • Connect social strategy to other paid and non-paid channels to encourage more insightful and intentional campaign planning.
  • Activate campaigns through various platforms (Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and maximize performance through ongoing optimizations.
  • Utilize third-party creative tech and automation tools, such as Smartly.io, Clinch, or Flashtalking, to streamline workflow and enhance creative versioning.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality assurance processes to ensure all aspects of a campaign’s creative, settings, and brand safety needs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of digital media experience, with 2+ years of campaign activation experience.
  • Platform Expertise: Well-versed in partner UIs including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, as well as hands-on experience with DCO and automation platforms (e.g., Smartly.io, Clinch, Flashtalking, or similar).
  • Technical Literacy: Well-versed in asset trafficking and basic understanding of site tagging (pixels) to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines for deliverables.
  • Analytical Depth: Experience in analyzing campaign data to consult on optimizations and translate learnings for upcoming flights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Experience working across internal teams (Media, Account, Creative, Production) to guide and inspire social-first creative work.
