Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution across multiple luxury hospitality and lifestyle accounts
- Maintain a consistently elevated visual standard across all deliverables
- Translate strategy into compelling, platform-native creative concepts
- Present creative rationale internally and collaborate on client-facing ideas
- Help evolve design systems, workflows, and best practices across the agency
- Lead Instagram grid curation and visual planning
- Design Instagram Stories, Reels covers, carousels, and in-feed content
- Create TikTok-first creative with awareness of platform trends, especially in travel and lifestyle
- Design paid social assets and digital campaign creative
- Develop templates and scalable creative systems for recurring content needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with strong social media experience required
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and brand design work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma required
- Experience with video editing for social platforms required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving platform trends
- Experience with travel, hospitality, or luxury brands strongly preferred
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts
- Comfortable working independently within a remote team environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
