Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organic Growth Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive qualified organic traffic, audience growth, and measurable business impact.
  • AI Search & LLM Optimization - Lead initiatives focused on LLM visibility, AI search optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI-driven search experiences.
  • Distributed Content Visibility - Develop strategies to grow brand visibility across distributed knowledge platforms and communities, including: Reddit, Stack Overflow, Wikipedia, G2, Other high-authority communities and knowledge hubs.
  • Community Engagement & Advocacy - Facilitate a structured UGC response strategy, ensuring timely, high-quality responses across community platforms that increase brand mentions and authority signals used by AI engines. Develop and execute community-led growth strategies, including “build in public” initiatives and user advocacy programs.
  • AI & Automation - Use AI tools to improve and automate SEO workflows, including: Keyword research, Content briefs, Internal linking, Entity mapping, Performance analysis.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to scale SEO operations through AI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure SEO strategies align with broader business and growth goals.
  • LLM Performance Tracking - Develop frameworks to measure the performance of AI search visibility, including: LLM citations, Brand mentions in AI responses, Community engagement impact, AI-driven customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving organic traffic growth and measurable business impact through SEO.
  • Experience in the health, wellness, or natural remedies content space.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and search intent optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Experience optimizing content for AI search engines, LLMs, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture of business growth.
