Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate RFP/grant opportunities aligned with RISE
  • Assist in writing, organizing, and strengthening proposals
  • Help strategically position RISE/Compass for contracts and partnerships
  • Collaborate on narratives, scope alignment, and proposal strategy
  • Support state, district, nonprofit, and federal submissions
  • Help shape long-term growth opportunities and funding pipelines

Requirements

  • Education or EdTech proposals
  • Federal grant writing
  • Behavioral health / workforce / youth-development funding
  • School district procurement
  • Government contracting
  • Nonprofit funding strategy
  • Strong understanding of compliance, proposal structure, scoring criteria, and strategic positioning is highly valued

Preferred

  • Entrepreneurial-minded
  • Experience with AI, SEL, or educational innovation
  • Experience securing school district, state, nonprofit, workforce, and federal opportunities
